Operational Update 15/04/2020 from MGOC Spares & Accessories

In these challenging times, MGOC Spares & Accessories want to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety & wellbeing of our staff, customers and the wider community, whilst striving to maintain a quality parts service for your MG

Our fantastic staff in all departments are doing their very best to ensure availability, fulfil your orders and provide the best possible customer service.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have taken stringent measures to protect the welfare of our staff. This includes a significant reduction in numbers on site and remote working wherever possible.

To protect the health of on-site staff, latest government guidance on hygiene and social distancing is being observed, and with limited staff resource we ask for your understanding if we are taking longer to answer telephone calls, reply to your email enquiries and dispatch orders.

With the current overload on all delivery networks, Royal Mail orders are taking around 5-10 working days for delivery, and courier services are operating under pressure, causing inevitable delays.

For this reason and because of the increased volume of orders & reduction in on-site staff, we are currently not able to offer a guaranteed next working day delivery service. This is a temporary measure that we will revert as soon as practically possible.

In these unprecedented times where we are regularly facing new challenges, we will continue to maintain our service to you and keep you updated with any further changes as and when they arise.
