United Kingdom

We aim to despatch orders placed before 4pm same day (Mon-Fri | Subject to stock availability. Exceptions apply).

We offer a range of delivery services comprising; Royal Mail; DPD; FedEx; DHL and Pallet Track

For large, multiple parcel consignments that exceed 25kg, additional charges may apply.

Economy Delivery 

For economy, non-urgent deliveries qualifying website orders are despatched with Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.  Please note whilst Royal Mail will attempt to delivery within 48 hours, this is not a guaranteed timescale and may take 3-4 working days.
If you have supplied your e-mail & telephone number, you will recieve tracking information once the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. 
Royal Mail recommend downloading their app to track, manage and get notifications about your delivery. You can download it HERE

Royal Mail 48 Tracked service is offered for non-bulky items not greater than £150 value, not exceeding 2Kg in weight, nor with dimensions larger than D160mm x L450 x W350mm or included within their prohibited or Restricted items list (see HERE). For items which cannot be conveyed by Royal Mail a default courier service will be applied. 

Next Working Day Courier Services 

At time of dispatch we will select a suitable courier service for your order.
Next working day services are fully trackable, insured and will send a delivery notification (email or text).

Not going to be in?
: DPD policy is to automatically try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you're not in. Alternatively if you want to tell DPD your preferred neighbour, or a safe place at your property, enter your reference number here and see your options.
You will receive a 1 hour delivery slot via Text or the DPD app on day of delivery.

FedEx: FedEx policy is goods can or will be left in a safe place if you are out and a photo of the delivery location will be emailed. 
You will receive a morning or afternoon delivery window notification on day of delivery. 

Remote Areas

Areas deemed "remote" will incur a surcharge to delivery services. You will be notified at time of checkout and the additional charges will vary depending on the speed of the service required.
Remote areas may also incur additional delivery times, please consult the courier/delivery providers website for more information.

Wet Batteries 

Wet-filled batteries are dispatched on a specialized service with DHL and for safety, these must be separate from any other goods. Please ensure you follow the enclosed un-packing procedure within 24 hours of receiving your batteries. 

Delivery Information

Whilst every endeavour is made to pack & dispatch your order on time, once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery courier, delays are out of our control. MGOC Spares are not liable for any late delivery made by your selected courier. We strongly advise that work should not be scheduled in advance of delivery.

Damaged Goods

Damages must be reported by telephone within 24 hours of receipt.

For European, Northern Ireland & Worldwide destinations we offer a range of competitive delivery services comprising; Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail Tracked, DHL Deutsche Post, DHL Courier, UPS, FedEx and Kuhne & Nagel freight. We aim to despatch all economy service parcels to European & Worldwide destinations, within 2 working days. 



Please Note:
MGOC Spares declares country of origin (COO) and commodity codes fully, correctly and to the best of our knowledge within Commercial Invoicing, this is in accordance with the framework defined by HM Revenue & Customs, the EU and national legal requirements for international trade in goods.  The responsibility for correct import declaration resides with the Importer of Record (our customer).  It is therefore in the customer’s interest that we make COO and Tariff code declarations fully and to the best of our knowledge.  Should you have any queries with our Commercial Invoicing please report back to us for correction as soon as possible.

Large and Bulky Orders

Orders exceeding 50kg or bulky items (wings, panels etc.) delivery costs will be emailed to you after checkout. Please submit your order and we will contact you with courier options once the volumetric or physical weight has been calculated.

Royal Mail International Tracked

For smaller parcels under 2kg we offer a Royal Mail tracked service. This economical service is available in 80 world wide destinations. 


If you require your parts urgently, please contact one of our overseas sales advisors on 0044 1954 230928 who will be happy to assist and talk you through the express delivery services we have available.

Delivery time will be dependent on location and the delivery service requested. Bulky, over-size & heavy items may take additional transit times.

All shipping charges include packing & handling fees and are based on either physical weight or volumetric weight.

Tracking information for courier orders will be sent to you via e-mail. Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail Standard Air Mail or DHL Deutsche Post deliveries and we cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 28 working days have passed from the despatched date.
Orders sent by Courier will require a signature on delivery.

Export orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and Customs clearance fees, which must be paid before receipt of the goods.
These charges are in addition to the shipping charged by MGOC Spares
These charges are normally managed by the carrier & freight forwarder agents. 
If you use your own shipping agent, please consult them for details.
All relevant Customs forms and documentation required to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay will be included with your shipment

Prohibited Goods
Please note there are some items that service providers are unable to carry for legal or health and safety reasons. These include products found on this website.
Aerosols not for personal grooming or medicinal purposes: Including spray paints, lacquers, solvents, air fresheners, oven cleaners, etc.
Corrosive substances: Substances that can cause severe damage to living tissue, other freight, or transport by its chemical action are prohibited including aluminium chloride, caustic soda, corrosive cleaning fluid, dyes, acids, corrosive paint and rust removers, mercury and gallium metal.
Flammable liquids: This includes mixtures of liquids or liquids containing solids in solution or suspension which give off a flammable vapour and includes acetone, benzene, cleaning compounds, lighter fuel, paint thinners, and removers, petroleum, solvents, varnishes, enamels, and nail varnish removers.

To comply with these regulations; all products falling into the above categories will be despatched by services other than Royal Mail by default.
