MGA Exhaust

Exhaust

All pushrod-engined cars had the same single, three-branched cast iron manifold with a single downpipe and a single silencer. The Twin Cam had two exhaust manifolds and downpipes. The front downpipe served the front and rear cylinders and the rear downpipe served the two middle cylinders. The silencer was slightly bigger due to the diameter of the pipe.
