MGB Sun Visors

Interior > Sun Visors

Sun visors were not standard fitment on the MGB Roadster until the 1977 model year. The GT received visors earlier in the production run. On cars fitted with sun visors, a vanity mirror was added on the back of the passenger visor from the 1972 model year. From 1977, the driver’s visor gained a document pocket on the reverse, and the passenger visor carried a vanity mirror on all cars. Pre-1977 Roadsters that have never had visors fitted will require the full bracket and fixing kit rather than a straight visor replacement, as the mounting points may not be present on the body. GT visors are available in both pre-1976 and post-1976 specifications, which differ in design. All associated mounting hardware is available including brackets, retainer clips, spherical washers, spring washers, and fixing screws.
