We offer a range of H4 Conversions for owners wishing to take advantage of the latest advances in classic lighting technology. UK ROAD-USE COMPLIANCE: Our H4 LED replacement headlamp bulbs are suitable for use in compatible headlamp units on vehicles first used before 1 April 1986, subject to compliance with applicable lighting requirements. For vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1986, UK MOT regulations require LED replacement bulbs fitted to halogen headlamps to have the appropriate ECE approval. Although the regulations were updated in October 2026 to permit approved LED replacements, an ECE R37 approval category for H4 LED replacements is not currently available. Consequently, our H4 LED replacement bulbs are not currently approved for road use in post-1986 vehicles. MPORTANT - USE OUTSIDE THE UK: Vehicle lighting regulations and approval requirements vary between countries and can change over time. Stella Lux should only be used on public roads where permitted by the regulations applicable to the vehicle and its use. Owners intending to use their vehicle outside the UK are responsible for establishing that the lighting configuration complies with the requirements of the countries in which the vehicle will be driven.
