Representing great value for money MGOC Spares has engineered a reproduction tank sender for MGA models replicating the original operation by providing correct resistance signalling to the early ‘FG’ type fuel gauge. This latest innovation differs in appearance from the original design by replacing die cast components with steel and placing the vulnerable resistive coil inboard of the tank to minimise the
risk of leakage and/or damage. Designed to be used in conjunction
with the original cork gasket (part number 2H1082B) and screws (53K165). The sender screws should be installed with a fuel compatible gasket sealant compound.
