Due to the scarcity of supply, early bi-metallic fuel gauges have until now been offered on a customer own unit reconditioned basis only. MGOC Spares is pleased to now off er new outright early bi-metallic fuel gauges manufactured in the UK offered with either the Smiths or Jaeger dial face. Smiths dial face, MGB 1962-1964, Midget 1098 and Early 1275.
Note: Manufacturers introduced voltage stabilisers to reduce gauge "flicking" and improve reading accuracy. These were fitted as standard on MGB models from 1964 and Midgets from 1967. A voltage stabiliser may be retrofitted to earlier vehicles to enhance gauge performance and should be wired in before the gauge.
