These additional terms apply where MGOC Spares Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies products to you via a third-party supplier for UK delivery.

1. Third-Party Fulfilment and Data Sharing
1.1 Third-Party UK Delivery:
Products directly shipped from a partner supplier, may be delivered to you by an approved third-party fulfilment provider for logistical convenience.
1.2 Data Consent:
To fulfil your order and arrange delivery, you consent to MGOC Spares Ltd sharing your Name, Delivery Address, Telephone Number and Email with the third-party supplier strictly for the purposes of order fulfilment and delivery only.
2. Stock Availability and Delays
2.1 Supplier Stock:
Although we endeavour to maintain accurate stock status, third-party suppliers may occasionally experience temporary stock shortages.
2.2 Notification of Delay:
If we become aware of a delay or stock shortage affecting your order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and provide a revised estimated delivery timeframe.
2.3 Cancellation:
If the revised delivery timeframe is unacceptable, you may cancel the order. Any refund will be processed in accordance with our standard Terms & Conditions.
