"Zoom" A Little History

We've had the pleasure of being contacted by Jeremy, the previous owner of the 1975 MG Midget, now named "Zoom". The car has been cast to be the star of a British feature film starring Tony Pitts and Sally Philips, "Classic".

Zoom is being kept safe at MGOC Spares' HQ until the production of Classic begins. We've undertaken a few jobs on the car to ensure it's in tip-top condition for the movie. One of those jobs was a hood replacement which we documented and uploaded to our Youtube channel. On the back of it, we got an email from Jeremy explaining his shock after having recognised the registration number.

Jeremy first purchased the car in 1977 and used it to compete in 62 sprints and hill climbs including two race meetings at Silverstone and Oulton Park.
