Note MGB/Cs and Midgets (up to 1500) used pan head threaded screws PMP214 No 6 UNC X 7/8" to secure both lens and lamp body to the rear of the vehicle via caged nuts. Midget 1500s used self-tapper screw AB606082 and Spring Nut Clip AK606021. If those original caged nuts are now missing or damaged, as is often the case on older vehicles the lamp assembly is typically refitted using self-tappers. These are not supplied with the lens and should be purchased separately under part number AB606082 (Screw No. 6 x 1").
