Wheel nuts and centre caps are among the most frequently replaced cosmetic components on any MGB, original nuts corrode and become difficult to remove cleanly, and centre caps crack or go missing over time. Getting the correct specification for the wheel type fitted to the car matters both for appearance and for security. Hub caps for early Roadster and GT disc wheel cars to 1970 are available, these were the very plain bright type with no logo or embossing. Rostyle wheel nuts are available in plain chrome, stainless steel without logo, and in chrome and stainless with MG logo, these also suit the Club Sport, Hi-Lite, Aero, and Tourer alloy wheels.
Rostyle centre caps with badge are available alongside the black and silver MG badge separately. V8 and Jubilee edition wheels use a different sleeved chrome wheel nut with their own centre cap, these wheels had special chrome-plated nuts fitted with captive washers and a chrome-plated metal centre cap with a black and silver MG logo similar in design to the Rostyle cap. Limited Edition wheel nuts are available in black and chrome plate. All wheel centre badges and MG logo badges are available individually.
Alloy Wheel Centres
Centre caps for alloy wheels are available in plastic and metal versions in the correct diameter, with chrome alloy wheel centre caps also available. MG centre badges in 40mm and 55mm sizes fit the different cap types. Badge retaining clips are available for alloy wheel centre cap security.
Clamps & Tools
Spare wheel clamps are specific to wheel type, available for 4-inch disc wheels, 5-inch disc wheels, Rostyle wheels from 1970, V8 and Jubilee edition wheels, 4.5-inch wire wheels, and 1980 LE wheels. The original MGB tool bag, side lift jack in early round-top and later flat-top types, octagonal spinner spanner, copper and hide hammer, extending wheel nut wrench, and wire wheel cleaning brush complete the section.
