Social Media Giveaway

1. The promoter is: MGOC Spares Ltd (company no. 01931679) whose registered office is at Octagon House, 1 Over Road, Swavesey, Cambridgeshire, CB24 4QZ.
2. The giveaway is open to UK residents only, entrants must be aged 18 years or above and cannot be employees of MGOC Spares Ltd, MG Owners Club Ltd, M.G.O.C. (Workshop) Ltd, their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or the execution of the giveaway. The giveaway applies to Retail customers of MGOC Spares Ltd. only, Trade account holders are excluded from entry.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter are via https://www.facebook.com/mgocspares, or via https://www.instagram.com/mgocspares/.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person, per route of entry (Facebook, Instagram). Multiple entries from the same route of entry will not be counted.
7. Closing date for entry will be Midnight (GMT) 27/04/2025. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:
   1. Instagram : Publish a date/time stamped photo in the comments of MGOC Spares post.
   2. Facebook : Publish a date/time stamped photo in the comments of MGOC Spares post.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible from the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
12. The prize includes ONE picnic rucksack. There are a total 5 prizes available.
13. The prize is as stated and no alternatives apart from what’s listed in point 12. will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
14. The successful entrant will be chosen at random by software, available here https://wheelofnames.com/, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
15. The successful entrant will be notified by email and/or DM (direct message) on Instagram/Facebook and/or by letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the successful entrant cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the entry from the successful entrant and pick an alternative entry at random.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. The successful entrant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the successful entrant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
