The MGB interior panel range covers the trim areas beyond the main door panels and carpet, the secondary surfaces that complete the cabin and which are just as visible to anyone sitting in the car. Wheel arch panels cover the inner rear wheel arch intrusions into the Roadster cabin. On an open two-seater these are a prominent feature of the cockpit area and among the first panels to show cracking, fading or distortion from heat and UV exposure. A worn or discoloured wheel arch panel stands out in an otherwise tidy interior and is straightforward to address with a correctly fitting replacement. Colour matching to the existing interior is important, the 1972 interior revision changed the trim colour palette and panels from different periods will not necessarily match each other.
If you are carrying out a broader retrim or are unsure which specification is correct for your car’s year, the team can advise before you order.
